Creating Change at a Belfast Interface:
Mentoring the Mentors

Bernard Conlon, who carried out communications work for the Suffolk Lenadoon Interface Group (SLIG), the community organisation behind the  scheme, worked with Northern Visions to make this film.

The Youth Student Trainee Programme aimed to train frontline youth workers on a cross-community basis to mentor young people. They talk of their experience of school and education, the Troubles and interface violence and what they think of SLIG.
